We were chosen to build this lovely contemporary new 4 bedroom detached property on this very tight and challenging site in Sheffiled. Not only was the site exceptionally tight to squeeze this property onto but we also had to overcome the chllenges of a mains sewer that ran directly though the middle of the site and under the property and also the lands gradients and very irregular levels.
